We had a comfortable stay, the apartment itself was stunning and well equipped - kettle, cooking things, fridge, freezer, washer. Check in process was seamless, no staff - all done digitally but easy to follow. I liked the fact you have codes and not keys, removed the risk of losing the keys!
The only negative is the street at night is very very loud and in Bengal town and therefore as females we found it quite intimidating at times as there was groups of men lining the street. Location is ideal however and short walk to stations for links around Lisbon!

The hotel is located on the central street of Bangladesh Town. Lively street until late at night, but there is noise because of that. There are many men on the street until late, so it is not threatening to men, but it may feel threatening to women. Beautiful home complete with all services and comforts. Cleaning and towel change every day. Washing machine, hairdryer, fridge, dishes, dishwasher, American coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron. Unfortunately the property is located on Rua do Benformoso. Dirty area full of rubbish and broken bottles, inhabited only by Indians and Pakistanis who shout, shout and argue until 3/4 in the morning so it is impossible to sleep at night. My apartment was located on the ground floor. Impossible to open the windows as the rubbish bins are attached to the bedroom walls. I spent 4 sleepless nights.

The accommodations were excellent. However,the area this property is in leaves a lot to be desired. It was noisy,dirty and we didn’t feel very safe outside on the street.

Do NOT stay here! We arrived on time and checked into our room to see it was not cleaned from the previous guests...we called the management and they said come back an hour later so we did and it still wasn't clean. Also the area did not look as safe as the rest of Lisbon and check-in is very confusing.

Excellent condition, very close to city center location, great amenities. Why choose a pokey hotel room instead of an entire apartment? This is the new way of staying. Thanks. The room was very tidy and clean. Good location and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommended for a nice weekend away.
