This property was as pictured but we had several issues during our stay. Firstly, the lock on the outside of the apar**ent building was very tricky and you had to know the special way to wiggle it in order to unlock the bolt. It sometimes took us 10-15 minutes to get in because of this. Secondly, there are roughly 60 stairs to get to this fourth floor apar**ent and no elevator. There were no toiletries/essentials available in the apar**ent, with the exception of 2 rolls of toilet paper. The washer worked fine but there was no manual or English instructions so it took us some time to figure it out. The location is great, with about a 7 minute walk to Time Out Market and lots of great restaurants nearby. However, there are a lot of hills in the area so the stairs just make it a little more challenging if someone has mobility issues. Communication was also a challenge but the lady we spoke to last really tried to help us. Overall, I would recommend that property owners change the lock on the apar**ent building front entrance and provide some additional essential items (shampoo, hand soap, dish detergent, cleaning supplies) but the apar**ent was lovely otherwise.
