The staff are very helpful and friendly. The hostel is very clean, and the common area has a lot of character. Breakfast was very good for the price. Unfortunately the hostel is a little too big and noisy for my liking and I found it very hard to sleep. With 7 floors and 300 beds it's very busy. The door to the room squealed like a stuck pig and people kept going in and out all night long. The dorms are very small and had almost no storage so there was luggage all over the floor.

Location is good, just a few walk from the metro. Shared bathrooms are shared by floor, but separate gender, and toliet and shower. To be noted that you have to press the shower for like every minute to keep it flowing.

The place they are located is very convenient, the rooms and beds are clean, the only problem is that some of the beds, like bed 5, it is right next to the door and when I open the door it is not easy to open the storage space under the bed does not open at the same time . The storage cabinet bucket won't lock even though I've used the lock.
There are not enough tools for hanging clothes in the bathroom, so please bring your own plastic bags to prevent your clothes from getting wet, and the push-button faucet is completely inconvenient and water will flow out if you don't push it.

Lisbon, a major tourist destination
From this hostel, you can walk to Plaza de la Commerce and the Senhora do Monte observatory.
The hostel was very comfortable with its lobby and public spaces. There is also a supermarket nearby so it's convenient.
The beds are spacious, and each person has a large storage space under the bed. It also fits a 75 liter backpack. There are also bath towels.
However, regarding the shower, the push-button type was very weak** This was the only drawback. That said, I had a great time!
