Hotel Santa Justa

Very satisfied for everything.

I should first note that I travel all over the world for business and pleasure (check out my reviews) and I stay at both inexpensive and luxury properties depending upon location and who is footing the bill. In short - I know a good property when I stay. THIS is one of them. First off the location can not be beat. Right in the middle of all the action yet QUIET. The window are nearly soundproof and the heavy black out curtains ensure a good nights sleep even for light sleepers like myself. The staff were amazing. Even more I booked the reservation I was conversing with the front desk staff with questions over email and they were very helpful. They made dinner reservations for us and suggested things to do. The room was excellent. I stayed with my daughter which required two beds. Plenty of room. The bathroom was large. The windows were huge and our (4th floor) room had a large balcony in both the room and the bathroom! The beds were comfy the AC worked VERY well. The breakfast was excellent. Again, staff at the restaurant were so great that we ate dinner there one night as well as we were too tired to venture out. I really have very few concerns with this property. Yes, there are people asking you to dine with them on this pedestrian only street but those folks are ALL OVER downtown. You can't avoid them. Its a touristy area. We would absolutely not hesitate to stay again.
