Very nice of all service & good of breakfast

The hotel is in a good location, most attractions can be reached on foot, very convenient. The service is excellent, the hotel staff is very enthusiastic, will give me detailed instructions on how to get around, how to go shopping, and also recommend delicious restaurants. The hotel's own restaurant is also delicious, especially the octopus rice. The drinks, beer and coffee in the room are all free. Before leaving for the flight in the morning, the hotel also thoughtfully packed a breakfast box for me.

Good! Good quality and low price. We were given a corner room, facing the commercial street, but it was not noisy at night. The room was not big but the bathroom was big. However, hotel rooms in European countries are all small.

It was a hotel with a good location It was very easy to access taxis, trams, food, tourist attractions, etc. The service was good and this is a hotel I would recommend.

The location of the hotel is good, but it's a pity that the windows are small

It was very clean, comfortable, great breakfast options included and great restaurant in house. Close to lots of local attractions and great food. Only downside was having to park in a public garage and wheel luggage over. Hotel acts like they guarantee a parking spot and it’s basically the same price if you go directly to the garage and not pick up card from hotel first.

A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Little touches like a free bar go a long way in improving one’s stay. Had an excellent dinner with Fado. All in all a really nice stay!

This hotel is in a great location for touring Lisbon. The staff were super friendly, helpful and courteous.

The hotel is conveniently located. Breakfast is great. They offer daily free bottle of water and beer. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room. Staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

We loved the hotel and the location. The only reservation that we have is in the middle of the night the room smelled like sewer gas that would wake us up. It was not from the bathroom so we think it comes vented from outside. It was alarming enough that we would unfortunately not stay there when we return as we fear that all of the rooms may have that smell. Otherwise, a very lovely place with great staff.

Nice property, well put together with attention to detail. I can tell is a property that is set up by some interested is the Hotel business. Excellent.

This was my fifth stay at this hotel. The past four were excellent. I did not receive housekeeping service for any of my three day stay, and I did not receive the promised bottle of wine.
