It's very good. I will order this one next time I go out. The air conditioner is relatively cold at night. I asked the waiter how many thick quilts I wanted.

Very nice hotel in an old palace! Great decor, delicious food!
However, the spa and fitness area is very small and dark.
You also have to reserve a sauna and indoor pool for viruses and can stay for a maximum of 1 hour.
Otherwise great atmosphere in an absolute city location.

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel situated in an amazing location! A special shout out to the two exceptional servers, Tito Pinheiro—one of the best servers I’ve encountered—and Fernando Santosc. Their service truly enhanced the dining experience. The concierge, Andre Fernandez, was particularly outstanding; he went above and beyond to ensure that I made the best decision regarding my car parking. I felt genuinely cared for and well looked after during my stay, thanks to his attentiveness. However, the service received from the lady at the front desk who checked me in was slightly disappointing. She appeared less caring and was not as friendly as her colleagues, which slightly marred an otherwise excellent experience at the hotel.

I travel extensively for both business and pleasure and have stayed at the property before. I have never been more disappointed. We arrived at 12:15 and were told our room would be ready shortly. Currently we have been waiting for over 3 hours. And were told repeatedly they would have the room ready in 15 minutes. We want to eat came back, then told 15 minutes so we had drinks (rather overpriced) in frustration and exhausted we are sitting by the pool on wet seats. Is the hotel in such poor financial shape that they are so understaffed that they could not ready a room and hold us hostage forcing us to buy overpriced drinks. Stay away for this hotel.
