I really loved the style of the room's decor. At 20 square meters, it's quite large for its price point. The lighting was also excellent and very comfortable. Both the bathroom and bedroom were spacious. Overall, I was very satisfied; I actually wanted to stay a second night but the rooms were all booked. The window in this particular room is a small one, only opening halfway, and there's no view outside, which was fine by me. My only dissatisfaction was with the staff member's attitude late at night. Perhaps they were tired since it was late, which I can understand. However, when I asked where the laundry room was, they told me the fourth floor, but I couldn't find it. The older staff member the next day and the one with curly, voluminous hair from the day before were both very nice.

The hotel was clean and fresh overall, and the room was bright with clean bedding. We booked a twin room for our trip with the kids, but at check-in, they tried to charge us extra for one person, claiming the room was only for one guest and we couldn't stay without paying more. After contacting Ctrip, I had to pay an additional 60 euros on the spot, which was a very unpleasant experience!

The room was neat and clean, and it's super close to the airport – just a 10-minute bus ride. Perfect for anyone arriving late into Madrid who can't make it to the city center. Overall, the hotel is pretty good and very convenient for transport!

The hotel was in a good location close to shops, bars and restaurants.
Very little information in the room. It told reception was dial, 9 , not told small bottles of plastic water in fridge were not free. Not told how to connect to WiFi . You had to do it via tv. No iron or ironing board at the hotel. Bathroom had very little space on sink for toiletries and shower was poor.
Breakfast had good choice and staff were very polite

Very poor experience. Never found a hotel with bedsheets filled with sands, like sleeping on a beach. When I complained this to reception, their handling was unbelievably poor. Not resolving the issue, just pushing the ball here n there. So for my 3 nights' stay, two nights were sleeping on a beach like bed. The attitude of the staff was totally unacceptable. I have serious doubt on why this hotel is graded as 4 star hotel...
