The hotel is nice, the staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and the location is great, right in the center of the old town. The only downside is that it is a bit noisy when the tram passes by.

The bathroom is large and the hot water is very stable. Breakfast is a la carte, allowing you to enjoy high-end service, and the food is delicious, especially the mushrooms. The front desk service is very good, English is barrier-free, and they also introduce the attractions, travel routes, and transportation in detail

A Korean’s enchanting three-day hotel stay It was a truly happy three days of honeymoon. The staff at the hotel worked tirelessly to create a truly happy time. I left very impressed with the service, from the smallest details, to always smiling and not hesitating to deal with any difficulties for us. Although I met new faces on a rotational basis for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, their warm smiles and friendly guidance were common features to me. The staff in charge of ordering and serving breakfast were extremely friendly, and I was happy with the service I received no matter what my requests were. My wife and I were very happy to be able to start our honeymoon, which had been postponed due to the coronavirus, in a truly magical hotel. Hotel sales have achieved great results every year... If I go to Lisbon again, I will definitely visit that hotel. 1. Location: There is absolutely nothing better. It's an alley right next to the square, so it's safe and you can go there late at night, but be careful because there are homeless people on the opposite side of the street (no need to go there;;) 2. Hygiene: Once you go on a real trip, it is very clean, almost like a new hotel. 3. Service: The most perfect in the world 4. Facilities: The space between the bed and the front shelf is a little narrow, but the bathroom is spacious (you can sleep) and the space next to the bed is spacious. This hotel is really good. I stay here every year when I go to Lisbon.

Pros: The location of the hotel is great. Go left and turn left to reach the 28/12 tram (but the section near the boarding location and the first tram passing is a bit rundown). The attitude at the front desk was very good. The room is quite tidy. The breakfast buffet is all you can eat and the service attitude is also good. A small bottle of wine and snacks are also given every day (not delicious, but always a nice touch). Cons: The room is very small (the bathroom is quite spacious and takes up a lot of space) and there is no place to put things. There is no USB on the bedside, and the location of the plug is very difficult. You have to kneel down and reach out to plug in the socket (be careful of hitting your head). The breakfast tastes average (don't order American style, otherwise you will drink KFC coffee that is diluted three times. You can go early and buy coffee nearby, Starbucks is a 5-minute walk away). in conclusion: Pop. Please choose based on cost performance.

Excellent hotel, of the highest standard. Spacious rooms, well-kept environments, enviable location. Breakfast is not a buffet but served at the table, with a large predefined menu and further requests that can be made free of charge. Negative notes: the carpet in the room and the rattling of the tram audible in the room even at night.
