Altis Prime Hotel

Overall it was good, the waiters cleaned every day. The downside was that the mini kitchen was not designed properly and often bumped into each other. In addition, when I checked out, I paid 21 euros in cash for taxes and fees. After I returned home, my credit card was deducted another 21.09 euros. I have complained to Ctrip many times, but to no avail.

This is a very cost-effective hotel in Lisbon. It is the best and most convenient choice for family travel. It has a refrigerator, an induction cooker, pots and pans, and even red wine glasses. This is really surprising. The decoration of the hotel is very high-quality, and every waiter is enthusiastic. A handsome guy at the front desk even shared the snacks he bought with us, which was really heartwarming! I stay here with my family every year.

I stayed for more than a week and really liked the size of the rooms. My third stay at the hotel, I recommend it. Very clean apartments and large bathrooms. A mini kitchen that can be perfectly suited for a quick snack.

No merit, no fault. The transportation is quite convenient.

Durante il nostro recente soggiorno all'Altis Prime, abbiamo affrontato una situazione molto deludente che desideriamo portare all'attenzione di futuri ospiti. Purtroppo, dopo aver lasciato l'hotel, ci siamo resi conto di aver dimenticato alcuni oggetti personali nella nostra camera, inclusi alcuni che avevano un grande valore affettivo per nostra figlia. Nonostante abbiano contattato l'hotel Altis Prime ripetutamente, richiedendo assistenza per ritrovare e recuperare questi oggetti, ci è stato comunicato che non era stato trovato nulla. Siamo assolutamente certi che gli oggetti sono stati lasciati in camera, e la mancanza di sostegno o di qualsiasi tentativo concreto di aiuto da parte dell'hotel ci ha profondamente delusi. Riconosciamo che la gestione degli oggetti dimenticati può presentare delle sfide, ma ci aspettavamo un livello di servizio e di assistenza molto più elevato da parte di un'istituzione come l'Altis Prime. Questa esperienza ha negativamente influenzato la nostra percezione dell'hotel e del suo impegno nei confronti della soddisfazione del cliente. Vorremmo consigliare agli ospiti dell'Altis Prime di prestare la massima attenzione ai propri beni personali. Speriamo che in futuro l'hotel possa migliorare le proprie procedure di gestione degli oggetti dimenticati, per evitare che altri ospiti si trovino nella nostra stessa situazione.
