The room was very unique but the toilet was leaking and the floor was always wet. The location is super good and very convenient! Close to subway station and many restaurants and convenience stores. The hotel has an elevator and the waiters are very polite. We all love underground bars!

This hotel is an absolute treasure. In the city center, it takes 5 minutes to walk to the seaside square, which is very convenient. The room is like a boutique hotel. The lobby bar is very comfortable. Will definitely come again next time

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is so central you can walk anywhere you like and always fall back to your hotel if you are tired.
The room is compact so be aware if you bring big suitcases as there is limited space yet enough if you bring a carry on or backpack.
Bathroom is clean and big enough and the bed is comfortable. Great you get a complimentary bottle of Portuguese wine in the room and the staff was very friendly.
The hallways are a bit dark and maybe the big bottle of water could be replenish after the second night of stay. Yet overall a great place and can recommend it.

Travel to Portugal and live in your favorite hotel! Although it is not big, the unique interior design still brings a lot of surprises, and the matching of furniture is also very special. We also especially love the balcony of the room, which is narrow but has a great view. In addition, the location of the hotel is super good, just in the old town, many attractions can be reached on foot

My wife and I spent 7 days staying in a Superior room at Browns Central hotel in Lisbon in the last week of January 2024. We wanted to do a comprehensive city break where we had a comfortable, newish boutique hotel as a base in the centre of the city, next to a metro station, that would allow us to get easily from the airport to the hotel by the metro with our two medium size wheeled cases. Overall we felt the hotel was comfortable, modern, clean with an excellent style and atmosphere and excellent staff. There were some minor issues with our room (small bathroom with leaking shower, room overlooked by surrounding buildings with no net curtains for privacy) which did not detract from its comfort and charm, and as a base for a week’s busy city stay it was superb - particularly in terms of location and connectivity. We highly recommend it if you are doing this type of trip to Lisbon.

Wonderful hotel centrally located to most things you may wish to do, and a short walk to the train station for things further afield. Bed large, but for our tastes a little hard, but that is personal preference. Staff very helpful and friendly, plus, a really nice cocktail bar, with well trained and fun staff

Lovely friendly hotel which is in a great location, close to attractions and restaurants. Excellent staff who were really helpful and help us with things to do and recommended trips and advice about the best way to get around. A lovely bar with good service

Très satifait de notre séjour .
Très bon acceuil.
Avec un super bon cocktail de bienvenue dans le bar avec une très bonne ambiance.
La propreté irréprochable.
La décoration très belle.
Reçu une bouteille de champagne prête dans la chambre sans que l'hôtel soit averti de mon anniversaire.
Je recommande vivement cet hotel.
On y reviendra très certainement.
