This hotel apartment can be described in one word - dirty! The washing machine was so dirty that it smelled bad, the hairs on the floor were dazzling, the range hood was broken, and there were oil stains on the door handles. I don’t know if anyone read the reviews on Ctrip, but I stayed there for seven or eight years. I write reviews every time I go back to this hotel, but it never gets any improvement or attention. It gets worse and worse!

Great apartment located in the heart of Lisbon. This is an outstanding value with spacious rooms and many amenities. I was genuinely surprised by how much was offered (washing machine, cooking utensils, etc). The service was outstanding. If you are looking for a great place to stay while exploring Lisbon this is highly recommended. I would stay here again.

I don’t know why the city tax is charged more. There are obviously 3 people (and a child under 12 years old). When checking in, the machine records the IDs of 3 people. It charges you the city tax for 4 people. The hotel in Barcelona is City tax is charged for 2 people. Children under 12 do not need to be charged.
