The facilities are really poor, the water overflows into the room after taking a shower, but everything else is good, the price is cheap, and the layout is tonal

Brilliant location and a great place as a base to move around The Avenida metro is super close and you are in the heart of the city ! Chiado, Bairro Alto, Cais Do Sodre etc are all very accessible from here. 20 mins and 8 EUR arrive (Uber) from the airport as well.
Clean hotel and friendly staff! Affordable breakfast at EUR 14 a day but there are plenty of great options around the hotel as well.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable rooms, very polited staff, breakfast with a huge variety. Localization is also perfect, quite close to the subway station and to the avenue, but still very quiet during the night.

Heel erg fijn hotel, waar je je direct welkom voelt. Geweldige locatie, aan de mooie Avenida de Libertade, maar toch rustig. Alles schoon en verzorgd. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet, uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. . Fijn dakterras. Personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam met alles. Kamer is van alles wat nodig is voorzien, ingericht in de stijl van het hotel, ruime kamer + opbergruimte. Aan te bevelen.

O hotel é um clássico. Tendo isso em mente, os móveis e o quarto são mais antigos, embora confortáveis. Dado o tamanho do hotel, entende-se que uma renovação seria custosa e talvez não valha a pena; embora algumas coisas sejam pontos de atenção, por exemplo o tapete nos corredores que atrapalham a rolagem das malas.
Por outro lado, a equipe é atenciosa e bem receptiva, o café da manhã é um banquete e faz com que a estadia seja especial. O estacionamento é pago (informação que não encontrei antecipadamente) e não há facilidade em estacionar o carro em ruas próximas.
A localização vale a pena, estando próxima (caminhada leve) da estação de trem que leva a Sintra e de várias facilidades turísticas.
De maneira geral, vale muito a pena a estadia!

Incrível! Desde a recepção ao checkout, todos muito atenciosos, quarto limpo, enorme, silencioso, banheiro impecável, amenidades esplêndidas, armários grandes e um café da manhã fabuloso.
Conta-se ainda com água, água saborizada, café, leite, chá à qualquer momento do dia. Muito próximo à teatro, cinema, restaurante, lojas, praças e ruas principais do centro de Lisboa.
