Our team is always available to assist, and we regret that it was not clear how to reach the appropriate extension from the room. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve the clarity of our in-room information.As per the room opening with a real key, we have chosen to preserve much of the original character and tradition of the property, and we have also made the choice to keep some traditional elements such as the classic room keys. We always invite our Guests to leave the key at reception whenever they go out, our Front Desk operates 24 hours a day, and there is always someone available to hand the key back when you return.
