The location is convenient, 5 minutes walk to the subway station, there are also convenience stores nearby, the hotel room is small but clean, the staff at the front desk are also very friendly, overall good

1er séjour superbe en famille à Lisbonne dans cet hôtel Ibis bien situé (15 minutes à pieds du centre) dans une rue calme (en pente comme la plupart des rues lisboètes) perpendiculaire à l'avenue Liberdade. Métro ligne bleue et ligne jaune à 5 minutes. Petit déjeuner très bon dont jus d'orange frais sans supplément et pastel de nata pour les gourmands ! Personnel très agréable et à l'écoute . Chambres un peu petites mais fonctionnelles et propres.

Hotel da cadeia Ibis, com excelente localização bem proximo da Av Liberdade, com suas inumeras lojas, cafeterias , teatros , restaurantes Quartos confortaveis , para quem vai passar o dia todo passeando e chega com os pés pedindo um bom banho ( ducha excelente) sabonete em gel, sshampoo e condicionador e um bom secador Toahas de banho precisando ser renovadas Cafë da manhã, muito gostoso, com variedade de pães, frios, frutas, iogurte, e uma excelente maquina de café, que cada um tira do seu jeito, e xpresso, longo, com leite, puro, sem lactose, com chocolate, café Eles tem essa paciencia de ver o servir o cada um pode consumir

This hotel could get a better evaluation with few adaptions. Breakfast at 10€ wasn't worth it. Obviously for convenience it's okay, but I'd rather spend that amount anywhere else. No jams or honey or any other sweet spread? Not even a microwave to heat things, like, the cold pancakes or veggie milk? Except from the toasters and coffee/bvg machine, there were no hot options. If there was any of these, it wasn't easily on sight. IBIS Paris had slightly better service, offering us free coffee and water (In IBIS Lisboa, you could get coffee for free and I suppose water too, but they never offered us any, we only knew it because we were offered in IBIS Paris, so we asked). The towels in the bathroom wouldn't dry, so even if you don't want to change towels, you have to. The shower cubicle isn't fully closed, so expect to have your bathroom wet after using it (while I suppose it's rather common this kind of shower in Europe, it's not really the way to go for a recently renewed hotel). Bedroom could benefit from a coat rack or more hangers. Paper thin walls. No carpet. While this can be more hygienic, expect to hear some shoe steps.

Excelente localização! Quarto confortável e ótimo chuveiro! O café da manhã nos surpreendeu positivamente: bem completo, com várias opções de frutas, pães, frios, doces - incluindo o pastel de nata! Atendimento muito cordial e simpático! Os recepcionistas estavam sempre dispostos a ajudar!

Dopo averci trascorso cinque giorni ecco le mie impressioni… Hotel situato in una posizione non centralissima ma comunque molto comoda per visitare la città. In 15 minuti a piedi si arriva tranquillamente in centro. Offre sono il servizio colazione quindi per il resto bisogna provvedere altrove, la zona è comunque ricca di locali e ristoranti. Le camere sono nello standard per questa catena, essenziali, pulite e molto comode. Ampio il bagno, con una bella doccia grande. Ottima la pulizia, con cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Mi è piaciuta anche la colazione, c’è poca scelta ma è molto curata e sono tutti prodotti buoni. Personale gentile e sorridente che parla anche un po’ di italiano. Soggiorno spesso negli hotel Ibis e anche questo si è dimostrato un’ottima scelta. Se dovessi tornare a Lisbona soggiornerei sicuramente qua.
