A nice hotel. People at the reception are extremely helpful, rooms are clean. There is loud music playing outside, which stops after around 9pm. The location is good too.

Maravillosa estancia en este hotel, ubicación perfecta para visitar Lisboa, todo súper limpio y gran amabilidad de los recepcionistas que nos facilitaron mucho las cosas para visitar Lisboa, incluso en el aparcamiento del coche. Si visitará otra vez Lisboa por supuesto que repetiría en este hotel. Gracias por todo.

Quarto super confortável e localização excelente. Os colaboradores são muito educados, prestativos e divertidos. No quarto possuem almofadas extras e cobertores, ar condicionado que ajuda quando se está muito frio ou muito quente, banheiro bem equipado e espaçoso. Muitos espelhos pelo quarto o que ajudou na hora de montar e conferir o look (rsrs). Enfim, ótima opção para um fim de semana em um dos melhores bairros de Lisboa e com valor acessível.

We had the pleasure of staying in this lovely hotel as a family of 3. The reviews mentioned the rooms to be small which made me doubt if i should book this hotel. Luckily, i trusted my guts and just went with it. Room is a decent size, considering we had a baby bed in the room. Bed is comfortable, pillows are nice. AC worked perfectly. Location is up in the hills which was a challenge sometimes, but very close to the main spots. We didn't mind walking, so it being up in the hill was not a big deal. Everything is within walking distance. Staff were amazing, every single one of them. They even gave us a detailed itinerary. We love how honest the receptionist was by telling us about the breakfast. According to him, if we love hot food, better not take it. So we can't comment on the breakfast because we didn't have it. I would like to thank Hotel Botanico for contributing to our wonderful trip and would definitely go back to this hotel if i will get a chance to come back to Lisbon !

Lo han vuelto a coger los antiguos dueños. Personas amable no.....lo siguiente. Trato excepcional. Limpieza absoluta. El dueño Eludió y su mujer....las personas más amables del mundo. Volveremos y volveremos. Llevamos más 20 años quedándonos allí toda la familia.

Hotel semplice in cui ci siamo trovati bene. Si trova nei pressi del giardino Botanico nel quartiere Príncipe Real. Camera e bagno puliti e non troppo piccoli. Purtroppo la difficoltà è stata nel parcheggio vista la zona trafficata con soste a pagamento ma per fortuna abbiamo potuto utilizzare il posto auto riservato allo staff poiché saremmo partiti la mattina presto. Eccessivo il prezzo della colazione (13€), sicuramente un modo per incentivare a farla altrove.

O que mais amei foi a ventilação do quarto, uma delícias para a época de muito calor. Recepção simpática, quartos muito limpos e camas confortáveis. Rua tranquila a noite e fácil acesso aos locais para quem tem facilidade de caminhar, mas solicitam taxi rapidamente. Tudo ótimo!
