No response on extra bed till we reach the hotel. They claim hotel will not provide extra bed and it was late night. We had to book new room at other hotel for our driver. And the reception request our driver need to walk out from lobby so they can confirm he did not stay with us that night. Such a bad treat from them.😞. Parking need to pay....and the drive way very narrow. We may hit the wall if not careful during drive to parking down below hotel.

It's not bad. I stayed once in winter. This summer is more expensive, but it's close to the city center, so I think it's okay because it's okay to drive. Turim Saldhana is a great hotel. Everything is so nice and so easy. I thoroughly enjoyed my four nights there. I would be glad to stay again in future.

We stayed a total of 5 nights at this beautiful, comfortable and friendly hotel. Thanks to the good connection, everything can be reached within a very short time. A car rental is also within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and we got a nice room on the 6th floor. The breakfast is also rich and delicious. Would highly recommend this hotel. :)

Stayed while in Lisbon with Air Canada vacations. Outside of old Lisbon tourist area, but easy access with the metro, which was very easy to use. Close to Marques Pombal square. Nice room, but small. Included breakfast was very good. Service was excellent. Lots of eating options close by.

A comfortable and modern hotel in a quieter area of Lisbon, which was great during NYE. Very easy to locate and easy to access the metro (there are a few dotted around). Special thanks to the bartender who was very kind to us during out stay!

Das Executive Zimmer ist sicher den Preis nicht wert. Grosser Raum ohne weitere Ausstattung. Die Terrasse ohne Möbel und die Heizung / Klimaanlage war ausgeschaltet und ohne Strom (das war auch in 2022 so als wir dort waren so). Bei 6 Grad draussen und schlechter Isolierung war es morgen recht kalt im Zimmer und wir haben im Bett gefroren. Erst nachdem wir uns 3 Tage beschwert haben und dann einen Anwalt eingeschaltet haben wurde die Heizung eingeschaltet.
Der Raum und Betten waren sonst ok ... allerdings schlechter Zustand (Wasserkocher defekt, Fernseher ohne Batterien, Terasse ohne Möbel, Dusche defekt, nur eine Schublade im Raum und die war ebenfals defekt, etc.)
Die Lage ist nahe der Metro das ist recht angenehm. Auch gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rundum (Supermarkt, Restsurants, etc)
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit konnt aber die Probleme nur eingeschränkt lösen.
