The hotel is well decorated, the roof top swimming pool is appreciable, the breakfast is varied and of high quality. However, an unsupported transfer on the way out and late on departure, basic equipment that does not always work (hair dryer and shower water temperature), requests when booking are not taken into account taken into account (no response to the email and no solution on site) and lack of politeness and communication from the reception staff (such as the provision of towels at the reception and not near the swimming pool, therefore obliged to use bathrobe). Good hotel overall but could do better.

Stayed here in mid-July with my wife and three kids and enjoyed our stay. We booked the two adjoining rooms which still felt a bit cramped, but we didn’t spend much time in the rooms and the rooftop pool and lounge certainly made up for it. Thought the location was great, easy walk or quick taxi to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Cleaning the rooms must be a daily obligation for the Hotel. On the third day of our stay, at 4:00 p.m. we returned to the hotel and they had not cleaned the room, bed, towels... we notified the reception and they came to change the towels. I had already read this experience in a similar article, but I thought they hadn't improved, but it was my turn too.

We went here because we were looking for somewhere in the city that had an outdoor heated pool. We had the best time. The hotel sent their driver to collect us from the airport. This was complementary. The hotel itself is so clean and modern. The roof top terrace with a bar and roof top heated pool, and jacuzzi. The food the staff the room we got everything could not fault at all! Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and we definitely will be back again such a lovely place to get away for a mini break.

Great location with lot of great shopping and restaurants around. Hotel staff was very accommodating and took care of everything from recommendations to small treats to make stay pleasant. On our last night, we had a mishap on a tour bus which made getting dinner impossible. We called the hotel to learn about options and when we got back, they left us sandwiches, fruits and drinks in our room. We were blown away by their kindness and wonderful reception! Feeling felt is what hospitality is about. A+

They have a cockroach and bug problem at the hotel and I am not sure if anything is done about it. The building is poorly built and already you can see wearing out on some facilities without proper repair. Has a lot of potential though. The pool is nice and staff are very friendly.

Great hotel! We stayed here on the last leg of our 10-Day trip to Portugal, and it was the perfect place to unwind and relax a bit. They gave us a room upgrade for our anniversary and even sent some Champaign to the room. Our room and the entire hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. It’s not the most centrally located, but it’s a short walk to the metro.
