The location is nice and clean, but on the first day, I said it was cold because there was no heating, and they said it was normal and added an extra blanket.
And when I went out the next day, it was fixed...

Sehr ordentliches, sauberes Hotel im Herzen der Stadt. Von hier aus kommt ma überall hin. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Zimmer klein aber ruhig und mit angenehmer Klimatisierung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to Santa Justa Elevator and Plaza Do Comercio, restaurants and shopping.
The staff at the hotel were very hospitable and accommodating. The rooms and common areas are very clean and neat. The restaurant was small however, they offered variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
On our day of check out since we had an early train ride we were provide with To Go boxes which include a sandwich, yogurt, drink and crackers.
We really enjoyed our stay!

Sehr schöne und gut gelegene Unterkunft. U-Bahn und Bus super zu erreichen. Einziges Manko sind die harten Betten. Personal wirklich sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Empfohlung für lokale Restaurants, Routen etc.

The staff pedro and isabella were exceptional. They provided me with hot water to drink and filled my hot water bottle every night as there are no kettles in the room.
The location is perfect 5mins from the train to sintra and 5mins from the metro. 2 mins from the bus and tram. You can walk to the arc from here. Shops and restaurants surround the hotel, and surprisingly quiet.
My only 2 issues, was that it was cold at night. The heating wasnt working in the room, i think 2 floors. But pedro provided me with a heavy blanket. 2ndly, there was no lounge due to refurbishment. But despite this, i wd definitely go back. The location is perfect. We walked to the churches up the hill, to see the sunset view, old town, from the hotel. You can take a bus or tram too. The 24hr transport pass is cheap, ＜6 euros, and easy. Everyone is helpful. Be hotel is perfectly situated, and the rooms were a perfect size. I had wardrobes and a little table too.
