Good location, service and cleanliness. Room was spacious too, however the shower door wasn’t sealed well and water kept leaking out onto the floor.

I chose the Vincci Hotel for its location on Liberty Avenue. It turned out to be really good. The location is so convenient. It’s a ten-minute walk to the old town. The decoration of the hotel is exquisite. The staff are very good. The breakfast is rich. The service staff is very considerate and asks carefully if you need storage for two nights. Luggage is very convenient and there is no charge.

There was a problem with the hotel's drainage system. The water flowed very slowly. The bathroom was filled with water, seeping into the entire room and soaking our suitcases. What's even more outrageous is that without any notice, my credit card was inexplicably debited 800 euros the next day, claiming it was compensation for water leakage. The hotel also had a very bad attitude. They refused to communicate and said they would not refund the money.
We checked out in the morning and were in time to catch a flight, so we didn't care about this and didn't complain to the front desk. Unexpectedly, we got bitten back. Small but beautiful hotel, strategic location along Avenida Liberdade. Warm and reserved check in staff, but excellent attention from restaurant staff! Delicious breakfast.
Room was small but clean and well-equipped. Though the shower area tends to flood and spill out onto the floor if you take a long shower, even with the glass door shut. Does get quite wet and slippery. But we weren't too bothered by it.
Great choice for Lisbon, would recommend.

The patio was under construction so the only exterior point was the very small terrace overlooking the street.
Not enough staff to order anything from this place.
The room on the 6th floor was OK but no possibility of opening the window, locks on it and bars!
The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk from the center and not much around but it is quiet. Pretty much because from the room I could hear the rooms next door and above….
