Good location, service and cleanliness. Room was spacious too, however the shower door wasn’t sealed well and water kept leaking out onto the floor.

衝著自由大道這個位置選了Vincci酒店 結果真的很不錯 位置太方便了 走去老城十分鐘 酒店裝修很精緻 員工素質很好 早餐很豐盛 服務人員很貼心 仔細詢問有什麼需求 連住兩晚 寄存行李什麼的都很方便 也不收費

酒店的排水系統有問題，下水特別慢，浴室水漫金山，滲到整個房間，把我們行李箱都打濕了。更離譜的是，在未經通知的情況下，我信用卡隔天莫名其妙被扣款了800歐，説是漏水的賠償金。酒店態度也很差，拒絕溝通，説堅決不退還。
我們早上退房趕時間趕飛機就沒計較這些，就沒和前台投訴，沒想到反倒被反咬一口。沒要求全額退款已經很好了，合著酒店的排水系統有問題，還要顧客來買單？

Small but beautiful hotel, strategic location along Avenida Liberdade. Warm and reserved check in staff, but excellent attention from restaurant staff! Delicious breakfast.
Room was small but clean and well-equipped. Though the shower area tends to flood and spill out onto the floor if you take a long shower, even with the glass door shut. Does get quite wet and slippery. But we weren't too bothered by it.
Great choice for Lisbon, would recommend.

Le patio était en travaux donc le seul point extérieur était la terrasse toute petite et sur la rue.
Peu de personnel pour commander quelque chose de cet endroit ci.
La chambre au 6 eme étage était correcte mais pas de possibilité d’ouvrir la fenêtre, verroux dessus et des barreaux!
L’hôtel est à 15/20 mn de marche du centre et pas grand chose autour mais c’est calme. A peu près car de la chambre j’entendais les chambres d’à côté et du dessus ….
