This place is amazing! It is a beautifully decorated B&B (not a hostel, as described in some reviews), close to everything in the Barrio Alto, and surprisingly affordable. I booked a standard room which turned out to be quite spacious, and the bathroom is enormous! Breakfast is excellent (the owners make delicious eggs upon request). I will definitely stay here again - and would actually prefer it to any luxury accommodation given the amazing customer service. Five stars!

During my brief stopover in Lisbon on my way back to the US, I sought a straightforward yet conveniently located accommodation near some of Lisbon's premier attractions. Casa Das Janelas Com Vista not only met but surpassed my expectations. The communication leading up to my stay was excellent, and the staff accommodated my request for an early check-in, ensuring the front desk was available.
The room I was assigned exceeded my expectations, boasting a captivating view of the river from the balcony. If only I had more time in Lisbon to fully savor the charms of this casa! The common area was exceptionally charming, and I found myself wishing I had more time there, basking in its cozy ambiance and unwinding.

Stay was lovely! Great location for the nightlife as you were really close but still couldn’t hear a thing! Staff were lovely and hotel had a lovely vibe to it!
Only complaint would be how the booking was shown on the app! So I’d booked a queen room which I thought was a fair price but when we arrived it was a double with about a feet around the bed as walking space! When looking back at the booking it said “queen requested” which annoyed me a bit! The room was tiny but it’s just where we slept so wasn’t a problem! No tv in room either which would have been nice as the weather wasn’t the driest!

We had a large room on the top floor with two doors opening on to a small balcony overlooking the street. Street was pretty quiet except for some late night revelers, but sound proofing was very good. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices (breads, sweet rolls and cakes, cheeses, meats, fruits, and you could request eggs. Lobby and breakfast area charming and welcoming. Staff extremely helpful with information on buses and trolleys, as well as restaurants in the area. They provided us with sandwiches for an early morning departure.

Welkom was goed, prima uitleg hoe alles werkte en de tips voor de omgeving. De kamer was top, heerlijke douche. Elke dag alles schoon gemaakt keurig. Personeel is super vriendelijk niks is te veel. Ontbijt was fantastisch, vers fruit, pannenkoeken. Ze maken je eitje naar wens. Verse jus en koffie!

Me voilà de retour à un de mes hôtels préférés à Lisbonne, toujours bien accueilli, avec sympathie, très bien dormi avec une vue qui donne l’envie de rester des heures à regarder Lisboa Le petit déjeuner est tout simplement délicieux…. Le gourmand que je suis me régale avec les gâteaux fait maison et pankaques aux différentes confitures de quoi prendre des forces pour revisiter Lisbonne… Et le soir venu je suis à deux pas do Bairro Alto lieu to be at Lisboa Et pour rentrer rien de mieux que rentrer à pied à seulement quelques minutes après avoir passé une soirée en bonne compagnie et bien arrosé… Merci pour pour le sandwich matinal avant de prendre la route… Comme d’habitude c’était parfait

Idealer Standort in Barrio Alto aber in einer ruhigen Straße. Nettes kleines Hotel, stilvoll eingerichtet, schöner Blick auf die Stadt im 3. Stock, gemütlicher Raum im Untergeschoss zum verweilen. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche übrig. Können wir nur empfehlen.
