Wonderful central location in heart of Lisbon shopping area, with lots of cafes, restaurants and tourist attractions within a short distance. Apartment was clean and comfortable, representing great value for the price. Lovely shower. Air conditioning worked well. Our stay was short so we didn’t cook in the apartment, but it was well equipped for a small place. We arrived late, checked in at the machine and all was smooth and easy. The lady at Reception the next day was very helpful, annswe any questions we had and on day of departure we left our bags until we were ready to leave for the airport. Would definitely stay here again. Only criticism I have is that it was difficult to get in touch with the property in advance to access the information we needed for checking in. I was anxious about some of the reviews I read re unexpected cancellations, and wanted to ensure that the reservation was secure. There was no response for quite a while, but once the information came in I was reassured that all would work well, and it did.

This apartment was perfect and had everything we needed. We walked around easily and sometimes grabbed the subway. Taxis were easy to find too. The area around has everything you need. I totally recommend it.

Zero stars for this accommodation. My booking was cancelled one evening before arrival with a very dishonest explanation from the hotel. I wasn't offered an alternative and I couldn't contact anyone and my messages have still not been answered. As there was also a huge event in the city, the new hotel was much more expensive. This treatment is absolutely disrespectful. If I had read the other very similar reviews of this hotel beforehand, I would have refrained from booking a room there. Stay away from that Hotel!
