Amazing experience. The views and location are perfect. Staff really friendly and helpful. Arrived early in the morning and staff happily looked after our bags and invited us to have breakfast prior to check in. Once we could check in, our bags were taken to the room. The rooms are immaculate and clean.

From B&B to hotel - there's still a lot of potential, so it's more of a 2* hotel. Friendly staff and the breakfast was perfectly adequate. Coffee and tea is free.

We loved waking up every morning we were there to a splendid view of Lisbon. The unit was very clean and well-equipped and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. The hotel is fairly close the Baixa and the metro, however, there is no vehicular access to the hotel and a fair number of stairs to get there. Pack light! (we didn't) and consider it as a built-in stairmaster.

Lots of steps to and from the apar**ents and no vehicular access which is inconvenient. This should be made crystal clear to all during the booking process. We stayed for four nights in the deluxe suite. A nice but slightly small room but had a great balcony, with a great view over the old town. Unfortunately, our room was directly under another, separated only by an unsound proofed wooden floor. You could hear every step and grunt from the people upstairs….To add to the noise, you are also directly outside the kitchen, breakfast area, oh and the very noisy coffee machine, which all get cranked up just after 7am each day…..so no lie in for us. On a positive note, the manager Marco was great but it was obvious that he knew that our room was a problem and should never be rented out. To pay well over 100 euros a night for this accommodation was a rip off. I’m sure the other rooms on this site are fine but please do not stay in the so called deluxe suite #7.

We really enjoyed our stay at Castello Prime Suites. The view from the deck is truly beautiful, and it was a pleasant surprise to find that the neighborhood is tucked away from the noise and bustle of the city—although it was still in walking distance from many great restaurants, historical attractions, and views of the river. The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and professional, our room was clean and stocked with amenities, the breakfast was delicious, and the cold jacuzzi pool was refreshing after long, hot days of walking around. All around, we had a very pleasant stay!

This is a lovely hotel. When you walk into the entrance you immediately have an amazing view of the city from the open air lounge. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety of foods. The appartement was lovely and very clean. We would definitely return!
Our only problem was with *******. They listed the room as big enough for four people. There is only sleeping space for three. At reception, they explained this to us and offered us the opportunity to see the space and try to figure out a solution. We had no where else to go, so we made do. ******* needs to make this clear.
