It was a terrible experience for this booking. We booked this Garden Guest House in advance for one week. When we arrived at 10 pm (and raining) for checking in, they told us our booking was cancelled and no room for us. This put us in a very difficult situation and destroyed all our travel plan and cost much more. They are so no responsible and reliable. Either this hotel or ********** say sorry and give any compensation. Consumer right not protected!

Para começar, no dia da minha chegada recebi um recado da casa ne avisando que não tinham vagas e que eu deveria cancelar a reserva!!!! Não era reembolsável e eu ne recusei a cancelar e disse que eles o fizessem....
Dentro de duas horas, depois de eu ter entrado em contato com o aplicativo, me mandaram outro recado dizendo que eu poderia ir....
A Localização é muito boa, este é o único ponto positivo nesta Guesthouse, além da roupa de cama ser nova e de qualidade razoável.Não tinha toalhas, precisei solicitar para o aplicativo, pois o hostes não atendia os recados nem o telefone.... trouxeram toalhas velhas e encardidas.Travesseiros péssimos.
O hostes indiano mal humorado não fala português e tem um péssimo inglês.
O quarto bem pequeno tem uma cama de casal, uma pequena mesa e uma cadeira.
Nenhum espaço para malas, nem sequem um cabideiro para pendurar uma bolsa ou casaco.A limpeza do quarto era boa.
Um dos banheiros tinha o ralo do chuveiro entupido, azulejos sujos. Faltou água quente 2 dos 5 dias de hospedagem
A cozinha tem um microondas sujo e uma chaleira elétrica quebrada.
Fogão e forno não podem ser usados e tem um exaustor absolutamente imundo. Pouca louça, nenhuma faca de corte.Piso da cozinha muito sujo...
Refrigerador pequeno e cheio de coisa estragada.
Tive nojo de usar a cozinha...
Banho e uso da cozinha permitidos apenas entre 10h e 22h.....

Warning!! It was the worst experience of hostel I’ve had in my life. The place is completely dirty. The drywall are so thick you can hear everything from other rooms. There’s just one single electric outlet in the room. The cooktop is broken. Two bathrooms for 7 rooms. The worst part are the staff. The host is violent and rude. He has zero patience in explaining the house rules and features. He was always yelling at someone’s face. He shouts to the guests and seems to be dangerous. He asked rude questions like “what’s the problem with you?” or “did you say something?” many times and even threatened me to lock me outside and cancel my entire reservation. I’m sure this is NOT A SAFE PLACE for girls, seem the host violent behavior. Event tough the hostel is in Lisbon, the staffing don’t speak Portuguese and only English with strong accent, incomprehensible in a phone call. There is nobody in the hostel from the staffing. You have to call in a Portuguese number with the exactly time of arrival in the front door. If you have any issues with flights, he will leave you outside until next day 15:00 or later.

Da evitare. Titolare disonesto ed arrogante, camera sporca. Il giorno prima della partenza, prenotata e pagata con eDreams, il titolare mi chiede altri soldi per poter alloggiare. Faccio intervenire eDreams. Ripete la richiesta il giorno dell'arrivo. Il tutto in modo molto arrogante e maleducato. In camera molti insetti. Solo epr disperati a cui piace farsi dare dell'*****a.

When I arrived at the door of Garden Guest House at 5:30pm and used the Message Property of ******* to get check-in instructions. Instead, I got a response forwarding me to another nearby property : Fortune guest house. I also got another message of failing to call me. Of course, I am using my phone from home country. I guess the property re-sold my booking to another customer, thinking that I will not show up. This is WRONG practice as I already paid for it. This is the first time I encounter this.
To make this case worse, the forwarded guest house has mold in bathrooms.
Although the manager is polite, and asked me to wait 10 minutes for preparing my room. He has done a lot of work to try to keep the place clean with 5 rooms.
