Location is great as it’s right next to the metro, and the room is very big.
The negatives are the AC didn’t work and the room got really stuffy especially when trying to sleep. When I asked the front desk, they said they’ll turn on in 30min. When it didn’t happen I called again and they said a technician is working on it. In the end it didn’t come on and the next day I asked another receptionist and she said if it comes on it comes for the whole floor and the AC is off during winter… could have said that in the first place as I would have accepted it.
Sink was also blocked and not a lot of amenities. I had to pay for slipper as the carpet was too dirty to walk on.
I did ask for an early check in around a week prior which I arrived around 1:30pm but was told I would need to pay for an extra day if I was given a room, which i guess is fine given I was early but I’ve never been told this before at any other hotel.

Excellent location! Surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops and the metro is just a few steps away. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The chocolates at the counter was always a treat for the kids. Room was spacious and clean. Recommended hotel!

Very good location. Good value for money. The size of the room is very good. The bed is very comfortable. They should insulate the windows better because there was outside noise and not very good thermal insulation. A safe is missing to leave valuables in the room. The sink and shower are good. Cleaning is daily if requested and is correct. It is very wise to have a kettle with hot water and infusions available. Complimentary bottle of water is also appreciated. Very attentive service. They all speak Spanish very correctly and have helped and resolved everything that has been asked of them.
It is undoubtedly a good choice to return to Lisbon for its location, services, customer service and value for money.

Almost nothing for breakfast, what a shame! When you ask the staff they will bring something, like they don’t count the people for breakfast… Horrible

I came here with friends and the accommodation conditions are actually better than the pictures. The front desk will ask you if you want to add breakfast when you check in. The breakfast is pretty good, including milk, coffee, bread, juice and fruits.

The location of the hotel in the tourist area is very convenient. Although the room is small, the decoration is very new. The only drawback is that many amenities have to be paid, and the waiter said that they have to go to the front desk to pick them up, and there is no service to send them to the room

It's not a 170 euro night 4 stars hotel at all...no sense at all. "Great" location but that's it. The room has 0 amenities, 0! not even a cup of paper in the bathroom, I went to 1 star hotels that had more amenities than in this one. I had to go buy shampoo, toothbrush, everything (my fault but I thought for a 4 star hotel at least some basic hygiene pack). The room at night it's extremely noisy, the windows are really old. One girl from the staff was really nice but that's it, it's a 1 star hotel, kind of a scam for me. And we stayed 4 nights and gave us 1 30mm bottle of water! Next day I went to reception to ask for a new bottle and they told me it's 1 bottle for stay! surreal, if you stay 1 week they give you a miserable 30mm bottle of water! and they didn't even clean the room!

Lovely hotel in the centre of everything! Subway on the same street ! Hotel staff is amazing! Very helpful and kind ! Bedroom was big and soundproof ! Bed slept well ! Hotel on an area surrounded with restaurants and coffee shops ! Hotel interior well decorated and updated ! Pricing for what you get is reasonable! I will definitely be back ! Hotel is a gem !
