Location: Very easily accessible to major landmarks in Lisbon.
Transportation: Trams and buses are easily available and within walking distance from the hotel
Service: Staffs are polite and helpful. They assist me when i lost my room keys.
Room: the room is of reasonable size. Basic amenities (minibar, tv, toiletries, towels) are available in the room. The room has a rose fragrance.
Food: There is a Japanese restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast is available with a reasonable price

The flight was rescheduled for some reason and could not be cancelled. After communication, Ctrip agreed to reschedule, but when it was rebooked it was told that the leader was not around and the rescheduling agreement was not recognized. Doing so has no business credibility. 500 to buy a lesson, this kind of people are in the minority after all. I stayed there for eight days and stayed in three hotels, all of which were pretty good.

The location is great. The breakfast is delicious. I am very satisfied with the room. You can enjoy all the drinks in the room. There is a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. You can walk to the elevators and shopping streets. The front desk service is good.

Very beautiful hotel in a very beautiful location! You can see the beautiful old city from the room. The restaurant and food are also very good. The staff are friendly and the overall feeling is great and unforgettable!

The hotel staff are friendly. The hotel rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Plus, the breakfast is a buffet breakfast. The price is very affordable and above the standard. I highly recommend friends who come to Lisbon to come to this hotel to enjoy a different journey.
