行く便が欠航したため、その旨をすぐホテルに連絡し
1日宿泊が遅れる旨了承を得ました。
次の日チェックインをし、部屋に行ってみると借りていた部屋がダウングレードしていた。
受付に言うと私達が予約した部屋はもう空いていないとの事。
システムエラーと言っていたが、
メールで連絡したはずなのになぜそんな事が起きるのかが
理解不明。
私達は朝食をつけていなかった為、朝食をサービスすると言われたので1日目は料金は請求されなかったが
2日目は請求され、受付にその旨を伝えたら
朝食は1日分だけだと言われた。
サービスすると言われた段階で1日だけとは言われていないし、部屋をダウングレードされて泊まる3日分つけてくれないのはとてもケチだなと落胆し失望。
2日目の朝食のお金払っちゃった？だけ聞かれて
当たり前じゃんと思いながら『YES』と言った後何も言われず。
こちらは連絡してるのにシステムエラーで〜とか言う理由でとても不愉快なホテルサービスだった。
受付も悪びれた様子なし。

Perfect location. Very central yet quiet. Reception staff are superb. Very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable but with no storage space at all. Bar staff good with good selection of drinks and reasonably priced. Friendly helpful staff.
