Stayed 3 nights from 19th to 22nd September, with family booked a family suite room. We arrived late evening and the check in was okish. There was a lady customer service assistant who was very irate with the male customer service assistant. When asked for an iron, they stated the current iron had been stolen by another customer, so we had no use of an iron during our stay. The room was fine, but the wif was very weak, lack of tea bags, sugar and mugs- only 2, and we was 4!. They obviously did not stock up for us. Asked the customer service guy to provide tea bags and extra mugs, he said tea bags not available and gave us 2 mismatched mugs. Towels and sheets were changed daily, hotel in great location but customer service was appalling from the female customer service assistant. When we checked out, she said absolutely nothing, cause she was busy being mad with another assistant. This was quite evident on leaving the hotel, paid all this money to stay and not a good bye or thanks for staying here! You need to train this lady in how to behave in front of customers please.
