The hotel was perfect with the location. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good but the menu is always same. The rooms are bit small and the rest room too. Over all it was a great stay at CR7.

I would book again but a bigger room. The installed not fully closing glass door to the bathroom/toilet will never be my favorite. The reception is service oriented and welcoming. The cleaning staff should be instructed to communicate without yelling at 9.30am. Location good. No view, but this is always an issue with small hotels in city center. I would have expected more CR7 fan articles.

We felt like we were deceived by the hotel description and pictures, paying 180 euros per night for a 1-star budget hotel. I booked a double room however the hotel provided us with two single beds. When I requested to combine the two beds and make into it a big bed, they were not able to do it. So I had to make my own bed by rearranging the bedding, which was ridiculous. The room was extremely small with very basic amenities. No kettle or any tea/ coffee. The first two bottles of water in the room were free but you have to pay if you need more. The toilet was so small that it cannot even let two people stand together. Of course, toilet amenities were also cheap and basic. I would expect a better room with better amenities for a hotel room that costs 180 euros per night. The standard of this hotel is like a 1-star budget hotel. Also, they gave us a room with no view at all. There was a small window facing the wall of another ugly building that is just 1.5 meters away. No sunlight could come into the room. We felt like living in jail for many days. They should have warned customers about this. This type of room should be of a big discount, instead of selling at a normal price. Their air conditioner is set to turn off automatically after 15-30 minutes, while I was in Lisbon, the temperature was like 37 degrees C. I don't think it is acceptable for a hotel without aircon. I am so relieved I can now finally escape from them. At their price range, you will have a much better option near Rossio Square, do not stay in this hotel if you want your trip to be happy.

After being let down by an Air BnB, Hotel Pestana CR7 came to our rescue. They helped us book a last minute room & bent over backwards to get our trip back on track. Breakfast was amazing, Fabio is an absolute gent & goes the extra mile for everyone he meets. Thank you so much

Although the hotel is pleasantly designed and well located our stay was marred by the inadequacy of the room we were assigned for our six-day stay. There was insufficient hanging space for dresses and minimal storage for other clothing, consisting only of a small shelf and narrow, half-height hanging area. While this setup might suffice for young guests clad in casual attire staying for a day or two, it proved wholly inadequate for those seeking accommodation for an extended period with dresses and trousers that need hanging. Compounding the issue, the very small room offered no space to live out of a suitcase given the lack of storage space, exacerbating the challenge of accessing our belongings. Additionally, the disappointment of receiving a room with twin beds instead of the double bed we had reserved further diminished our enjoyment of the trip. Despite the efforts of the staff, who were attentive but unable to secure an alternative room, our overall experience was marred by discomfort and frustration, particularly considering the premium rates we paid.

We had a great time at the restaurant today. Food was very good and Siful took great care of us. He was very attentive and helpful. If you’re looking for a good place to get out of the heat and have a quick bite and a beer this is the place.
