This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. The time difference between the first time and the first time is quite long, because the time difference is only eight days. When I came back, the room was smaller and I had to stay on the 1st floor. The attitude was average and the sanitary products in the room were often forgotten to be updated. I stayed there for five days and had to ask every day if I had forgotten to change the sanitary equipment. Because I often forget to ask for a taxi before I leave, there is no helper to take my luggage to the taxi. I will not stay in this hotel again next time!

The hotel is situated close to everything. We were very happy with our choice. Rooms are the ones in the photos advertised and they are perfect if you want to eat out or cook. Kitchen is well equipped and small details make the experience better.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Martinhal Lisbon Chiado Family Suites, the staff were fantastic, knowledgeable and helpful. the rooms were well set up with welcome drinks, cookies, dressing gowns and slippers for the whole family, kids fun bags etc.

Atendimento excelente, localização ótima, próxima a lojas, restaurantes e atrações.
O quarto, apesar de grande, tinha um piso barulhento e o banheiro piso extremamente gelado, principalmente considerando que.estavamos no inverno. Como o chuveiro fica dentro da banheira e a porta so vai até a metade, molha bastante.
Hotel familiar, bom para ficar com crianças.

I was there with my two kids in a one bedroom apartment. Apartment was wow! absolutely beautiful! Clean, colorful, stunning view! All we needed was promptly provided - laundry cube, coffee, extra soap. On Easter Sunday, we found a nice surprise after our walk - a giant Easter egg and a lovely note (which I saved). Everything was so elegant and pleasant, I enjoyed every moment in the hotel. Kids Club was an amazing plus. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Just lovely, definitely going back!

Perfect location for a week of exploring Lisbon. My fifth-floor apartment was spacious, well-appointed and perfectly maintained. The kitchen includes dishwasher, laundry, microwave and keurig machine. The bathroom is quite small and would be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. A tall person might be bothered by the sloping eaves, but I found them charming. On the days I took breakfast in the hotel, I had an excellent meal. The entrance to the hotel is on a very steep hill rising from the metro stop at Sodre do Cais and continuing up to Baixa Chiado. The pavement can be slippery, so wear rubber soled shoes!
