Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Principe Real

We booked a deluxe one-bedroom apartment, which includes a double bed and two single beds. However, when we arrived at the apartment, we found that all the equipment was consistent with the description on the website, but there was only a double bed and a sofa. This aspect was different from the one in the apartment. What I saw on the website was a little different. In the pictures on the website, I saw that there were clearly two beds. I thought it was a problem with the shooting angle, so I didn't take a picture of the third bed. Then I contacted the waiter in the apartment to find out the situation. After the waiter came over on a motorcycle (because the waiter was not stationed there), he pulled out a bed under the sofa on the spot, indicating that it was two single beds, and then sofaed the other one. The bed only had pillows and quilts, and no sheets were provided at all (luckily we brought our own), which was really a bit alarming. We immediately showed the pictures on the website to the waiter, who said that they were pictures of two luxury one-bedroom apartments with different styles. They were not the same one. The concept of two single beds was just a sofa bed that could be opened into two. Single bed, the waiter expressed regret for the gap between our understanding and reality. Anyway, we had to stay in it in the end. In fact, we slept quite comfortably for a few days. In addition to the above problems, the apartment is quite livable and quiet, and it is very suitable for resting; the large terrace overlooks the beautiful scenery of the old city. It is also very convenient to go to scenic spots and can be reached on foot, but there are a lot of ramps. Be mentally prepared and wear comfortable shoes; there are many restaurants and bars around, and there is also a classic tram right next to it.

tivemos problema no acesso à propriedade pois o hotel não atendia ligações na véspera, e não mandou por e-mail código de acesso. Ressalte-se que a propriedade não dispõe de recepção. Outro porém foi o tamanho do elevador e o espaço mínimo para o check in. Custo benefício bom, mas também tivemos problemas com a agua quente, e mais uma vez, ninguem para poder reclamar ou ajudar.

우선 시설은 좋아요. 침대도 좋고, 거실도 넑고 , 위치도 좋고 다 좋았습니다. 가까이에 푸니쿨라 종점과 전망대도 있고...호시우역에서는 좀 떨어져 있지만 넘 넘 좋았어요, 하지만.......직원이 없고, 기계로 셀프 체크인을 해야 했는데. 기계가 고장났는지 체크인을 할 수가 없었고, 전화로 담당지직원하고 통화했는데도 신속한 조치가 이뤄지지 않아서 거의 1시간을 기다렸습니다. 다행히 숙박객 중 친절한 포루투갈 가족분들이 직원과 전화로 의사소통을 해주셔서 간신히 입실할 수 있었습니다. 도와주신 포루투갈 가족분들 정말 감사합니다. 셀프 체크인은 정말 불편합니다.. 그것만 아니라면 다음에 또 방문 의사 있지만, 시정되지 않으면 방문하지 않을 것입니다.
