A whole mystery how to check in... we had to contact Trip.com to find out (no one answers the number provided). Old building, quite obsolete facilities in need of improvement. Regular rooms, you can hear everything.

The room had a terrible sewer problem, with rancid smell coming up from the shower drain and toilet stool and creating an odor that was sickening. We arrived late at night so we could not leave and find somewhere else; we were there for just over 7 hours. We could not check out fast enough the next morning!

Great property! Close to many different places. The room was nice. The only issue was we couldn’t get the bedroom door to lock. Other than that we had a great experience.

From the first greeting to our check out we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The staff at the MEMORIA hotel were so very kind and helpful and allowed us to store our luggage without me even having to ask. The guesthouse itself is bright and very clean and tastefully decorated! I would highly recommend anyone to stay here and I hope to come back soon!

Ottima posizione,personale gentilissimo, pulizia sufficiente, in camera c'erano tutti i servizi essenziali, si può migliorare la gestione degli spazi comuni perché non c'erano regole e tutti ad esempio lasciavano tutto ovunque nel frigorifero.
Per due giorni di pernottamento comunque assolutamente approvato e consigliato.
