Well equipped apt in centre of Lisbon, good stay for 3-4 pp. Service was good, checking in very easy and despite of the central location it was very silent at night. Only downside points: reaching the apar**ent implies a steep walk of about 10 minutes, the bathroom is clean but had a strong fried chicken smell (no idea where that came from) and the bedroom has no a/c.

We stayed as a group of 4 in this apar**ent. Apar**ent itself was very spacious - lots of storage room and space. Very quiet area, but within walking distance to various cafes / restaurants and small shops.
Sofa bed was slightly uncomfortable by the end of the stay, but the bedroom double bed was very comfortable.
Whilst we didn't need them changing, the towels were changed and the apar**ent cleaned daily. However some extra toilet roll would have been nice, as we ran out several times and never saw anyone to ask for more.
I would recommend this apar**ent and location to stay, it was quiet and seemed a safe area. Little further out from the main tourist stops, but walkable :)

This was their 'deluxe' studio suite. It was a ground floor view of the alley where their garbage bins were located. You could not open the window shutters because of privacy. And there was black mold in the shower, which previous guests had commented. Bedside lamp was broken and did not work. WiFi was spotty. We had cockroaches in the unit one night - no emergency contact to let them know - had to wait till 10am the following morning to advise them. On our first day in the property; the previous visitor was given access to our unit because they forgot something - this was scary to have some stranger enter our unit. Overall rating for this property for us is a 4 of 10. Time stayed Oct 2-19, 2023.
