Sono stato con la famiglia a maggio 24. La posizione è buona e il panorama dai piani alti è molto bello. Anche la colazione è più che sufficiente. L'unico problema che abbiamo avuto è stata la mancata attenzione alle nostre esigenze dovute a problemi della stanza. La ventola in bagno non funzionava e nonostante sia stato segnalato al personale, nessuno ha fatto nulla. Come è successo anche per il sistema antincendio. Il rilevatore di fumo era incartato con un foglio di alluminio. Segnalato ma nessuno ha fatto nulla!!! Passi per il bagno, ma in materia di sicurezza mi sarei aspettato un'attenzione maggiore.

Great balconies overlooking Parque Eduardo VIII - and comfortable quiet suite. Wonderful breakfast buffet. If you want the hop on tour buses, these are a short walk away.

Hotel calidad precio muito bom, la habitacion pequeña pero acogedora, al igual que el baño, limpieza y buenos profesionales, lo peor de la habitacion fue el baño y que tenia pocos enchufes, ademas estaban escondidos detras de las mesitas de noche.

The hotel is OK, staff very helpful and professional.
The room too small close to unconformable.
Good breakfast, nice atmosphere at lobby and breakfast area.
Again.. the only complein is the size of the room, and while clean, towels were old bht.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Service was good. Room was tiny, we had to squeeze through between peaces of furniture.
