The location is very good, right between the Gucci store and the YSL store, the front desk and the porter are very good, and there is a young porter who is very handsome. There are free juice, water and biscuits in the lobby, thank you very much for their enthusiastic help! There is a supermarket downstairs in the hotel, and there are some light meals such as sandwiches and pasta! The only fly in the oin**ent is that the window of our room faces the patio, and the parking lot needs to be detoured a bit! Overall very satisfied!

We visited the Atico Roof top bar - brilliant location, amazing views, fantastic service - reasonable prices. Superb selection of cocktails. Visited 09th may, beautiful weather - watched the sun go down and the lights come up !!! One place to definitely visit when in Lisbon. We were not staying in the hotel and open to the public. Definitely 5 stars for this gem. Thank you Lisbon !

Albergo in zona elegante, strategica e con fermata della metropolitana letteralmente a pochi passi. Ottima accoglienza, camera adeguata allo standard degli NH Collection. Plus assoluto il Rooftop bar "Ático by NH" con vista spettacolare e cocktail menù di rispetto. Colazione con piatti a base di uova cucinati sul momento su ordinazione e ricco buffet. Unico neo: durante il soggiorno abbiamo avuto problemi con il wifi che non si collegava o andava a singhiozzo. Abbiamo fatto presente e ci è stato detto che avrebbero segnalato a chi gestiva, per un reset. Abbiamo continuato ad avere gli stessi problemi per il giorno successivo (per utilizzare il PC per cosa urgente di lavoro ho dovuto fare hotspot con il mio cellulare). In fase di checkout ci viene detto che avrebbero potuto darci un apparecchio (credo un ripetitore o router) da tenere in camera per ovviare al problema. Se ci fosse stato detto nei giorni precedenti, al momento della segnalazione del problema, sarebbe stata informazione utile...al checkout decisamente no. Considerato lo standard (ed il relativo costo) degli NH Collection, questo è stato un problema importante a mio giudizio. Anche perché il wifi ormai è indispensabile, considerando che si viaggia per diletto, ma anche per lavoro.

I think the title of my review says it all. First, the room — lots of lighting, modern bathroom, comfortable bed, and laminate wood flooring. Overall, my wife and I were very comfortable. Second, the location is within minutes, walking, of dozens of restaurants and coffee shops as well as luxury boutique shopping. A 20-minute walk down the grand boulevard and you are in the heart of the city. Third, loved the bed turndown, with chocolate on the pillow, and slippers on each side of the bed. Complementary coffee is available early — perhaps from 6.00 am to 7.00 am in the lobby — and the front desk staff is very helpful. And, check out the rooftop bar for amazing views of Lisbon.

My wife and I have just come back from a great stay in Lisbon. We have only the best things to say about the NH Collection Hotel, Liberdade and give it our best recommendation. Exceptionally helpful, friendly and service-minded staff, who always greeted you with a smile, and remembered your name. The rooms were spacious (Superior with a view) and clean, and a very comfortable bed. We were served a welcome glass of lemonade on arrival, which was very much needed as it was very hot even at 9 am in the morning. Very good breakfast, with a very good selection of hot and cold food, which set us up for the day and for our long walks in Lisbon. A very cosy rooftop terrace and bar offering a great view of Lisbon by day and night. All in all, a great stay and we definitely know where we will stay the next time we are in Lisbon.
