Great hotel overall - great location, great room size, loved the free water, bathrobe and slippers too which is fairly rare in Europe.

Paid USD1,052 for 7D6N and can’t sleep. No sound proof, big gap can be seen under main door, long crack in washing basin, dirty floors with obvious dust clouds, elevator was out of order on my day of arrival and the same day I left!!! Young people carry their luggage downstairs but I stay on the 8/f, OMG. You can hear exactly when people next door back to the rooms, and talk continuously till 12am. Broken fridge door cover with dirty stains. Construction site outside my window, also machine noise from other roofs all day long when open windows, these should be mentioned in hotel website as UK hotels did, it is unfair with inadequate information provided for customers.

We had a great stay! Perfect location, close to public transport. Very friendly staff. Nice room for a city trip. Breakfast was also very good.

The hotel service is acceptable. Some employees are very nice and polite, but some are indifferent. The room is tidy and well cleaned, but the bottled water in the hotel room is not provided every day. , called to find out, only free bottled water will be provided on the first day of check-in; the location is good and convenient for travel.

The hotel is one of the few new modern buildings in Portugal. The location is near Park Plaza in the city center. It takes 4 minutes to walk to the Parque Metro Station. Just a few minutes walk away is the Corte Ingres shopping mall. There are many breakfast cafes and seafood restaurants nearby. The room was clean, tidy and modern. There are only 90 rooms. The service was very good and friendly.

Very satisfied with all aspects. The front desk can communicate in simple English. I will come again next time!

Very good, good service, a week's in-depth tour of Portugal is enough, the location is good and it is convenient to take a taxi. Bolt is recommended, which is cheaper than Uber. I picked a picture of my favorite attractions haha

The hotel is located in the city center, the room is not small, and the bathroom is in good condition. The only drawback is that there is construction going on around and it's a bit noisy.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was fantastic. The rooms were spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat. Its location is superb, with easy access to public transportation, including a train station just three blocks away. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Very nice hotel! Everyone is so friendly , it’s walking distance from the hop on n hop off stop start!
