Lekker hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Goede kamers en lekker ontbijt. Goede ligging in het midden van uitgaansgebied en ook goed bereik (per voet, tram of anders) naar de bezienswaardigheden. Lissabon is wel heuvelachtig, maar daar heeft elk hotel mee te maken.

9 Mercy Hotel provided a great home base for our four-night stay in beautiful Lisbon. The hotel is well located near the top of the hill on a major street dividing the Chiado and Barrio Alto neighborhoods. Our room was very nice and well-appointed. Beds were comfortable. The best feature of the hotel was the front desk staff. Regardless of the time of day or who was on duty, they were helpful and supremely friendly. Many thanks to them. Three hints and suggestions: 1) Ask for a quiet room away from the street. We didn’t do so and paid the price as the street is lively and noisy late into the night and early morning hours. 2) Treat yourself at dusk to a drink at the rooftop bar. 3) No need to partake of the breakfast at the hotel’s adjacent restaurant. We did so one day. It was exceedingly mediocre. There are far better options within a short walk. Get out and explore.

I loved this hotel. I selected it based on my existing knowledge of Lisbon, location, other reviews, price and on-line booking experience Susana at the front desk was amazing - she was so helpful and always smiling! The rooms were spotless and modern and quiet. The rooftop bar was great! And the view of Lisbon is amazing. This hotel is reasonably priced (and mine included a nice breakfast (with fresh pancakes from the hotel's automatic pancake maker. ) I highly recommend this hotel!

Esperienza eccellente. Posizione fantastica nel centro di Lisbona, comoda per le principali attrazioni. Camera executive molto accogliente e comoda, unica pecca la ventola in bagno mancante. Io e mia sorella abbiamo fatto questo viaggio e ci siamo fermate in questa struttura. Accoglienza buona. Il personale disponibile. La camera un po' piccola e con affaccio sulle cucine, quindi senza nessuna visuale, ma pulita. La colazione molto buona e abbondante. Per il resto soggiorno meraviglioso.
