The location is average. Although it seems to be in the center, it is actually not close to any attractions and is on the mountain. The white male waiter at the front desk is warm and friendly. You can get a complimentary wine tasting from 5 to 7 o'clock when you check in, but these points are spent at other attractions and you can't catch up with the tasting. Overall relatively safe.

This is a great hotel. The location is perfect, and it is just across the street from a mirador with a great view of the city. Public transportation is nearby. and very convenient. There are many restaurants in an easy walking distance. The room was very quiet, and we were never disturbed by outside noise. The bed was very comfortable and I took advantage of the pillow menu. The bathroom and room were very clean and housekeeping cleaned the room daily and turned down the bed at night. The front desk was professional and helpful. If I return to Lisbon, I will choose this hotel again.

Loved our 4 day stay at this beautiful 5 star luxury boutique hotel. The rooms were spotless, modern, spacious. Attention to detail in everything starting with high end appliances and decor. Hotel’s employees go above and beyond for their guests. Very welcoming and friendly! The only downside was the noise ( the hotel is located in the heart center of bars and restaurants) and we happened to be there during some game. However wonderful people at the front desk gave us an upgrade for that night with windows facing the other side. Also, if you have a car, you can drop it off by the front entrance of the hotel, and they park it for you. That was lifesaving for us as we couldn’t drive on those narrow streets.
