Lisboa pessoa hotle is really wonderful hotel, this is my first time here, lisbon as my first stop for traveling Europe, this hotel just give me a great beginning. The receptionists are very friendly, because I came here early and would like to storage my luggage, and they are so kindly to help me check in and sent my luggage to my room directly. At Christmas evening, they also give me some small gift some, so sweet. The location is perfect, near the Santa Justa Lift, you can walk there only 1-2mins, and I also think it located in the center of alfama, close to many malls and landmarks. Wonderful place to live,highly recommended

Nice Hotel! Excellent service! Especially Concierge Yasoja impressed me. Always big smile, cheer us up by his enthusiasm. Thank you for everything and he reminded me the bags that I forgot to carry with me when we went to airport. Yasoja is my angle, who gave me very good memory in Lisbon~

The entrance to the hotel is very small and difficult to find. It is difficult to find it by yourself without taking a taxi or using Google Maps. You still need to climb a long slope, but the location is still good. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to the beach and the square. The surrounding environment is very quiet. , so the quality of your night's rest is quite good. The check-in time of 4 o'clock is a bit difficult, but if you come early, you will be allowed to have a drink on the rooftop terrace first. You can basically overlook the entire old city of Lisbon, and you can also see the sea view on the right. I booked this hotel just for this terrace; as for the service, I read many reviews and mentioned the same guy. I didn't ask his name during my stay. He looked like an Indian. He kept running back and forth. He was so enthusiastic and the experience was great. Okay, I recommended a family restaurant about 100 meters next to the hotel. It offers traditional Portuguese food. It is large, authentic and cheap. If you are traveling alone and have a fear of social problems, you don’t need to go to restaurants in the business district to eat. The slightly better hotels in Portugal offer free minibars in guest rooms, but the only drawback is that there are no capsule coffee machines in the guest rooms, which is probably a fly in the ointment.

Highly recommended hotel. Unbeatable location. Comfortable room. Very friendly staff and it also has a spa. My husband and I loved it.
