I had to stay in a different address because the flat had booked was under renovation. The other option was close to the previous address.
The room as good in general, my only negative point is the lights, room was a bit dark, there isn't any lights inside the shower and the bathroom lights aren't strong.

The flat is great, very well equipped and the host is very friendly and helped us quickly whenever we needed it. The apar**ent is on the ground floor and therefore we heard some noise at night on the weekend. It also has an excellent location but you need to climb a hill to access it.

The only good thing I can say is it was conveniently located. It was not very clean. Floors were dirty. Mold in shower. Shower fixtures were broken. Air conditioner kept making a buzzing sound every 20 - 30 seconds. Ran out of hot water. When I called to let them know was told there was only one boiler for whole building. Later found out that wasn't the case. The dial on the water tank in the bathroom had been turned to off.

Don’t stay here! We did not see the comment left by other guest earlier this year. There’re bed bugs and ever since the day we stayed there, we got bed bug bites every nights. They even left with us in our luggage so moving to other hotel not going to save the problem.

Superb view over a large part of the historic city, very comfortable bed, pleasant apar**ent, but a little under-equipped for the kitchen. Well soundproofed. Plan to arrive by taxi to avoid dragging your suitcases for 5-10 minutes on the cobblestones on a steep slope. Make sure you have all access instructions before arrival, as there is no reception.

The stay went well overall. The staff was quite responsive to my requests. First of all, the lack of toiletries, cleaning problems and a connection problem.
The staff overall is quite friendly unfortunately, they don't give any instructions on arrival, which is a shame. It would be good to correct their announcement since certain services and equipment are not available. Indicate cleaning days. At least, provide a cleaning kit if it is the customer who is responsible for this service. Furthermore, access is very complicated and it is really very noisy. For being a regular at this destination, it really wasn't the best this time. This is why I will take a lot of precautions for my next reservations. I give this rating only for the availability of the staff.

The apar**ent we stayed in was full of bedbugs. I thought I had just been bitten by mosquitoes but the bites continued to get worse and more bites showed up in subsequent nights. On the third day of our stay, we found multiple bedbugs in the sheets when we woke.
Communication with the owners was not great. They told us that they would change/wash the sheets which they did. But there were still bugs in the room when we got back that evening.
We had to move to a new hotel at additional expense to us and the property have not been helpful in even covering the additional costs for a new place to stay.
Cannot recommend the room we stayed in. Location however is excellent (though not much of a consolation)

very well located in a historic district next to St-Georges Castle, easy access to public transport, peaceful street because local traffic only. There was no washer as advertised. Nice view of the city since we were on the third floor. Very nice home

Beautiful apar**ent on the third floor with spectacular views of Lisbon. Located in the center of the Alfama district near the Castle.. you can reach the center on foot... the return is a little more difficult due to the climbs 😅. Nearby there are shops and restaurants. To be recommended!
