A fantastic place to stay in Chiado.
Really close to the tourist areas.
Amazing room- very large, comfortable and luxurious.
Breakfast was outstanding! A feast was brought to our room every morning.
Staff were all lovely and very helpful.
A wonderful hotel.

This is an amazing boutique style elegant hotel with only 9 large suites with amazing views over Lisbon and the harbour front. We were in room 8. This was once a 19th century palace but is very modern with walk in rainforest shower, king size comfortable beds and our room had 20 foot ceilings with 2 large French balcony windows. Very soundproof as well. The hot breakfast that is included comes with a LOT of wonderful food and is delivered to you between 0830-1030’by your choice. Wonderful way to start the day. Across the street is the Rocco cocktail and wine bar and restaurant that serve up delicious drinks and food. We will definitely book this again!

Centrally located. Right in the heart of downtown, very walkable. Lovely large rooms with lots of art in the halls. Comfortable bed and pillows. Large, smorgasbord of food for breakfast served in your room. One downside is the plumbing is very loud.

Hospitable, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful room , light & airy and comfortable with high ceilings. Delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. We would definitely return and stay again. What an amazing place and locations is perfect for seeing Lisbon.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst waar je onmiddellijk al merkt dat niets hun teveel is… Koffers worden naar boven gedragen via de magnifieke trap. Voor de mensen slecht te been is dit wel een hele uitdaging…. Je loop verloren in de kamer, zo groot! Alles is aanwezig om van een topverblijf te kunnen spreken. Ontbijt serveren ze op de kamer op het door u aangegeven uur. Ruim voldoende om de dag te starten… Ligging van het hotel is perfect. Kort bij tram, metro en treinstation. Talloze restaurantjes en winkelstraten op wandelafstand. Wij komen hier zeker terug! Dikke pluim aan het hele team, Veronique en Koen

Amazing hotel breakfast/feast delivered to your door every morning. The rooms are huge and beautiful. Great customer service with polite and attentive staff. Location is in the center of everything.

During our travels we didn't find this to be a great fit - only 9 rooms for the property; noise from the street/restaurants below can be heard, very firm policy about not checking in until after 3 pm, limited breakfast selection - the other properties (6 more) proved to be better experiences in terms of more comfortable rooms/beds, better breakfast, flexibility at check in, etc. Staff was pleasant enough so giving 3 stars for that aspect.
