Lovely two bed apartment in a great location. Great communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Look elsewhere… I had purposely booked the luxury apartment. Upon checkin I messaged the serviced apartment contact to check whether this was in fact the luxury apartment (I suspected it wasn’t). Only after a day and a half later did I receive a response to say that there was some kind of mistake between my agency (*******) and their reservation system. I queried as to whether they could identify who was at fault. The response I received was that it was ‘a technical error made during the reservation, we cannot say for certain what informatic system caused it.’ An excuse at best with no ownership - bad customer service. There was an offer to adjust the price difference between the sub standard apartment and the luxury apartment. At the date of writing this review, no adjustment of pricing has occurred. Not that a mere adjustment is enough to rectify the issue that I was placed in an apartment that I didn’t book to begin with and there was no effort to move me to a suitable luxury apartment. To top things all off, here are the range of issues I found upon checking into this apartment: the exhaust in the bathroom was clogged with dust - it was also on the wall, there was no toilet roll holder, the toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet and was moving around, the remote for the air conditioning in the main bedroom did not work, the shower caddy was rusted. The exhaust, toilet seat and the remote were rectified mid way through my stay. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

The location and the apartment was great. Would definitely recommend it!

Property at a good location, easy access to attractions. Nice spacious rooms and clean. Noisy at night as our room faced the street. Kitchen doesn’t have oil or salt. Our friends in another room had a leaking air conditioner. One of the sheets had a large stain. But overall good value and good experience.

We stayed here with three adults and a baby and it was nice and clean. They were pretty quick to respond to our communication and were helpful with our demands for baby and small troubleshooting. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes in the area and it was a good location to jump of to many ‘must see’ sites in Lisbon. Most things were only 30 minutes walk or a short bus away. The price was a bit high, but compared to the other place we stayed in in Lisbon it was a better suited place for parents with baby.

Stay away from these apartments. The apartments in reality looks way different and worse, than what is shown on the photos. Also, the neighbourhood is terrible... dirty and extremely noisy. There are 2 clubs just outside the apartments and drunk people makes a lot of noise just outside your door all night. Also, a lot of construction in the adjacent buildings and the noise from this is terrible. Inside, these apartments have old and worn furniture... Terrible experience.... stay away.

Very spacious apartment perfect for families. Just outside it is the best breakfast and coffee place we experienced in Lisbon. Good place to stay.
