Magnifique hôtel, personnel très accueillant et super sympa. A l'écoute et disponible. La situation de l'hôtel est vraiment optimale, près de tout. Magasins, transports, restaurants, visites de la ville ou du bord de mer.
On le recommande vivent et y retournerons à notre prochaine visite de Lisbonne.

Great location in a lovely city. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast should be improved - continental plus only eggs was disappointing. The reception manager on your evening shift could also greet you / smile when entering the building vs keeping his head down at the laptop. Made me feel the customer service could be improved.

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The front desk staff were extremely helpful with recommendations. We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite which wonderful as the room was spacious and so comfortable. They even had our room ready at 9:30 am when we arrived from our overnight flight. The breakfast is fabulous with made to order eggs, fruit, pastries, cheeses, etc.

Favoloso Boutique hotel, posizione perfetta per visitare la città. Hotel molto curato e pulito, personale accogliente e disponibile, fantastici Claudia, Gonzalo e il resto del personale sono stati utili in tutte le nostre richieste. Colazione super, da soddisfare tutti i palati. Bravi

Excelente, precioso hotel, acogedor, atención impecable, desayuno maravilloso y el comedor más bonito imposible. Localización fantástica en el barrio de chiado, cerca de restaurantes y zona comercial, nos dirigimos caminando a todos los sitios, parking cerca del hotel. Recomendable 100%

Our stay at Alecrim ao Chiado was fantastic! The front desk staff is very personable and helpful. They recommended restaurants to try and helped us navigate the city to our daily destinations. It was my birthday when we stayed here and they even brought me a little cake at breakfast and sang "happy birthday" to me, which was so touching. Its location was perfect for us as it was a few blocks from a Metro stop and in walking distance of various big sights. Everything was very clean and the hotel has a beautiful old world charm. We really enjoyed our stay at Alecrim ao Chiado!

Lovely small boutique hotel in a great location. Within walking distance to everything. Room was very spacious and bright although we did think we had a balcony as we had booked a suite. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The staff are amazing the most helpful and friendly of any where we have stayed. It was my birthday and I was presented with a cake and a rendition of Happy birthday at breakfast. Also when we returned to our room there was also a bottle of wine! Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank-you. Just a little thing, would of liked a small fridge in room to keep drinks cool. Would definately return to this lovely welcoming hotel .

What a wonderful boutique hotel. This gem of a hotel is in the perfect location in Chiado area. Close to many restaurants, shops and bars, and the famous tram 28 stop.
The welcome is warm and the service is outstanding. The breakfast is delicious and very well presented with fresh orange juice, fruit salad, eggs your way and lots of other delicious options. The breakfast staff and reception staff go out of their way to please you. A beautiful cake was presented at breakfast for my hubby's birthday which was a great surprise.
Rooms are spacious, so comfortable and very well appointed.
We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful stay.
