Everything was fine until we found bedbugs in the bed. The hotel said that they were going to clean but they only make the bed. We left and now when i write to the hotel they don’t respond my email.

Pros: it was a good rate, clean and in a good location. The room was large.
Cons: I could not contact anyone. I got an email directly after booking but when trying to reply the email bounced. We never received our check-in information and couldn't contact anyone, we tried multiple numbers written on the hotel door, tried multiple email addresses and contact forms and received no reply. Finally after over an hour we got through using a different phone number.
The room had some nice design elements but there were a lot of funky / non functional pieces. The sink was barely usable due to a large cabinet infront, the shower was only usable by holding the wand, a light in the living room was flickering the whole time.

EXCELLENT stay. The place is in front of a wonderful little square, two blocks from Avenida da Liberdade (great stores), close to restaurants, metro, bus stop... There are no defects in the location. Regarding the room, there were 6 of us, so we had two rooms combined with a balcony. It served our family perfectly. Various kitchen/pantry items, all working. The service was wonderful, with the possibility of leaving our bags in advance with the administration, as well as checking in and leaving them there for a period of time. We walked to several tourist attractions. There is no elevator, which is not a big problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

In the photos this is a very nice accommodation with spacious apar**ents. Unfortunately, this is disappointing on many points. I stayed on the first floor for a business trip and this room is fine on your own if you are only there to sleep. At least if you can sleep. Below the apar**ent there is a restaurant that likes to play good music, which resonates in the room. In addition, every step of the upstairs neighbors can be heard. This is very frustrating, especially when getting up early is a must. There are also defects or dirty matters that need to be resolved. Many light switches in the room do not work, so you often have to find which switch you need to turn on the light. When you have found the light, many lamps are broken. The curtains and bedding are not always clean and show stains and smudges. The patio is lovely to sit on in the evening, but unfortunately the parasol has broken off and the pole can hit your head in the wind. Here too, there are many lamps that do not work. The bathroom is very small so you have to go around the door if you want to open or close it. The extractor also did not work, so it was always musty in the bathroom. Here too there are signs of dated walls. Positive point; The bed is made and the towels are changed every two days. I had higher expectations for the apar**ent, especially for the price asked. If you are a light sleeper I would definitely ask NOT to sleep on the first floor.

We just checked in and we are amazed! Absolutely lovely place, good vibes and magical view from the penthouse. Would recomend it for couples, friends, business and pleasure. Good coffee, comfy bed, the marshall speaker creates that extra plus.
