I can’t say there was anything specifically that was ‘awful’ but it wasn’t great either. Our room was extremely dark as were the hallways. Lighting overall was very dim. The room seemed darker as it faced the back, not an issue as we weren’t in there Much but cleaning the very grubby windows would help the lighting situation . Staff were lovely, Cloe and Carla very helpful. For the price it wasn’t a bad deal, just think they could do more with the rooms, top up coffee each day, make sure toilet roll is replaced on each clean etc. it’s the little things that make a great stay. It was clean though and good water pressure.

Confesso que esperava mais. Já no check in, um recepcionista chamado Cláudio nos disse que a minha reserva era sem café, sendo que a vida toda sempre reservei hotéis com café da manhã. Após mostrar várias vezes a reserva no celular e o mesmo tendo que ligar na central do Booking, conseguir terminar o check in e ir para o meu quarto, com tudo que tinha direito. O quarto, eu avalio como sem problemas. O serviço de quarto é estranho. Pedi um bacalhau com vinho e me disseram que os pratos eram preparados em outro local, que não era no hotel. Quando chegou, veio sem talheres. Engano nada aceitável né! Onde já se viu comer uma refeição sem talheres! É tipo oferecer sushi sem os pauzinhos. O café da manhã é bem razoável. A localização é boa. Mesmo assim não voltaria.

Super friendly and helpful staff - they couldn't be nicer. Great size rooms with couch and armchair and they refilled the water bottle each day, so top marks for protecting the environment. Really well located hotel, close to the Metro and the main shopping street. My biggest gripe would be the cheap uncomfortable matress protector, which disturbed my night's sleep it was so sweaty. (I subsequently removed it from the bed). The restaurant next door is excellent, with interesting menu and reasonably priced.
