Je connais cet hôtel par coeur. J'y ai séjourné et continue d'y aller depuis une décennie. Période 2011-2021... 1. ARGENT --＞ Il est vrai qu'il faut payer compter comptant. Même si vous avez réservé via un site de online booking, on vous demandera d'annuler votre réservation pour payer main dans la main votre séjour au propriétaire. Vous pouvez négocier le prix en discutant un peu. 2. HÔTEL --＞ L'hôtel en lui-même n'est pas vraiment propre. Ce n'est pas cher, donc ce n'est rien que pour dormir. Inutile de chercher quoique ce soit d'autre. La literie et les draps sont OK, sans plus. Les sanitaires sont communs dans la plupart des cas, sauf si vous avez pu avoir une chambre qui les incluait. Comme les sanitaires sont communs, ils sont comme vous les aurez laissé ! Vrai qu'ils sont rudimentaires et vieux, mais tout à fait fonctionnels. Certaines chambres sont louées à l'année à des locaux. Donc l'ambiance est particulière, toutefois en une 20taine de séjours à cet endroit, je n'ai jamais eu aucun problème. Le personnel est limité au strict minimum (une personne s'occupe des sanitaires quotidiennement et un employé(e)/ou le propriétaire tient la réception). 3. SITUATION --＞ L'hôtel est très bien situé. Les locaux se situent au 3ème étage d'un ancien immeuble typique du lieu. L'ascenceur, rudimentaire mais refait, fonctionne à nouveau (depuis 2018 je dirais). On est à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et à un jet de pierre d'une bouche de métro (Intendente). Le célèbre tram 28 passe devant la porte de l'hôtel, parfait pour un tour de ville si c'est votre première visite à Lisbonne. Les taxis sont légion et peu chers. CONCLUSION --＞ Pour un budget serré comme le mien (10-12 euros/nuit), le "deal" est idéal : Je dors dans une petite chambre "à moi" avec les sanitaires communs et je suis très près du centre-ville. Il y a un ascenseur qui fonctionne pour me monter "lourdement" au 3ème étage et le personnel est à votre écoute en cas de besoin. C'est un bon plan, type guide du routard.
