サービスアパートメントタイプで、朝食、夜食など電子レンジも使え、快適でした。寝室２室＋ロフト＋リビング・ダイニングもあり、家族連れでの宿泊には向いていると思います。４人での予約でしたが、初日はタオルが２人分しかなく、SMS送ると翌日すぐ追加分持ってきてくれました。

Location 5* absolutely fantastic couldn't have had a better Location. Apartment 3B itself very tired, needs a good overall. Bed absolutely rock hard like sleeping on the floor, had to put extra duvet underneath sheet for a little extra comfort and the state of the base admittedly cosmetic was ripped and looked awful. Shower door in bathroom leaked, as much water on the floor as in the bath. Towels discolured. Corners & around the sink could have been cleaner.

A acomodação é ampla, muito bem localizada, limpa e confortável, mas tivemos alguns problemas. A fechadura eletrônica da entrada do prédio não estava funcionando, o que nos deixou inseguros. O sofá cama da sala é um pouco desconfortável. O café da manhã estava incluso, porém quando chegamos ao local onde ele seria fornecido, a atendente informou que o local estava sem sistema e não estavam atendendo. Informei o ocorrido através do chat do site solicitando o reembolso do valor do café da manhã, porém não obtive nenhum retorno do anfitrião.

The place is central and everything can be done by walk. It's cute and cosy, it's honnestly a really nice place. Be aware that since it's downtown, it's really noisy at night.

Unhelpful host. We were locked out of the house twice in the same day due to the access code not working. The first time at 5pm on 26/12 and after several calls to the number indicated as the emergency number, the rather annoyed host then answered us. The same day at 11pm. We entered the house almost an hour later because the host was unavailable and only thanks to the help of a couple who are part of the service staff, we managed to contact her. Rude and rude person. We were on the street for 40 minutes and when we finally managed to open the door with the host on the phone, she was also making fun of us. Very serious problem. The next day not even an apology phone call! Very high price for terrible service.

Great location
BUT this property is incorrectly advertising luggage storage and doesn’t have. When trying to contact them for resolution my email was unanswered and end up having to find and pay for luggage storage.
Also the shower is ridiculously tiny to get into and close the door!
