Hostel in the centre, clean and run by very friendly young guys, they gave us a map of the city giving us good advice on what to visit, excellent dinner prepared by them in the hostel, well done, keep it up, I highly recommend it

Good central location, right near the Praça do Comércio, but unfortunately the room was much too small for the amount of people and we didn't get the room that was shown in the pictures when we made the reservation and the staff were sometimes very unfriendly...

The Hostel is well located, close to the bus stop, cable car, banks, restaurants, bar, market, pharmacy. The service was sensational, everything was very agile and friendly, the accommodations were pleasant and very clean, a beautiful waiting room, a comfortable living and reading room, a very clean and organized kitchen, a very clean bathroom and a clean room. Impeccable spindle. As for noise too, the silence rule works.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti nella struttura, si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare e godersi la città. L'ostello è arredato in maniera semplice, moderna e accogliente. La pulizia è buona sia nei bagni (tutti dotati di doccia con box grande) che nelle zone comuni. La cosa che ho apprezzato un pò meno è la grandezza delle stanze, sopratutto quella del dormitorio che mi era stato assegnato l' ho trovato, specialmente in questo periodo di covid, non particolarmente adatto (sempre secondo il mio porere) per questo ho preferito pagare la differenza per la camera singola;inoltre mi era stato assegnato un posto letto all'interno di una camera con altre 3 ragazze (che è vero che i dormitori sono misti) però forse per un discorso di maggiore comfort degli ospiti cercare di assegnare posti letto in base al sesso potrebbe essere apprezzato per non creare disagio e/o eventuali problemi di privacy. La cosa che però contraddistingue questo posto rispetto a tutti gli altri è sicuramente lo STAFF: ragazzi giovani estremamente professionali, accoglienti e socievoli che ti fanno sentire a casa dal primo momento che arrivi. Hanno creato un ambiente pieno di energia positiva, attenti ai bisogni di tutti. Ogni sera organizzano serate per gli ospiti che desiderano rimane in struttura. Davvero complimenti! Sicuramente tornerò quando ricapito a Lisbona!
