LV Premier Apartments Chiado- CH

Fantastic apar**ent accommodation in a great location with friendly helpful staff. The apar**ent was clean, bright, and spacious and was very well equipped. There is a lift in the building. The location is close to everything. Would definitely recommend it.

We booked this property last minute after our host cancelled on us (never use Plum Guide!) Our family of 6 was comfortable enough with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms… ac didn’t work well in 2 of the bedrooms and we had issues with the front door lock. Maintenance came promptly to check both but only the door was fixable. The washer and dryer were very nice to have and they worked well. Beds and linen were clean and comfortable. It is a very central location- near the metro and many restaurants and shopping. The photos portray a much nicer property- it was a bit run down and one bathroom really needed updating. Two lights in the kitchen were burned out and we saw a few silverfish bugs. Overpriced property for Portugal but we were stuck at the last minute so we had to book here. We would book elsewhere next time.

The apar**ents are very nice, spacious, and in a great area of town. The owner was difficult and loves rules and add-on charges. Overall, it was more challenging to stay here than comparable places we have stayed, but the location and apar**ent were very nice!

We stayed for 2 nights in this great flat. Location is incredible. Flat is very comfortable and well appointed. We really only used it as a place to sleep but you could easily have eaten here. There was everything you need to make a meal. The office was well run and helpful answering every question promptly. I would recommend.

I am a single woman travelling on business. I’m not one for writing reviews but I feel like this is very important. Due to reasons on my end and my team not sending me through the funds for the whole booking (damage deposit) I was unable to stay. I made it very clear when I arrived at the apar**ent and was told I would receive a refund. After contacting the LV team I was made aware it was a non refundable booking. There was no issue with this, however I was already advised at the apar**ent that I would receive a refund (I wasn’t aware it was non refundable at this time). I own a successful company and I prefer to travel without putting the details of my company as it causes an unfair advantage. After contacting the team the next day I wasn’t overly impressed with the communication. As a business woman I appreciate the regulations of other businesses, however I also do appreciate clear communication. In this situation I felt that there was a lack of this. We could narrow it down to a language barrier but the access with have to translator is instantaneous. It’s a shame that there was this issue as I had already spoken to the gentleman I met at the apar**ent about a longer stay. The apar**ent I had booked was beautiful. It had everything you need and it’s in a lovely location (the reason I chose it). As I stated, it’s a shame because from previous experience when I travel under my company name there is an immediate advantage to travelling and resolving issues immediately. I don’t agree with this as I believe everybody should be treated equally regardless of their status in the world. I will be clear that I booked 2 nights at the apar**ent. The cleaning fee of €80 was refunded. I hope that this company learns to hold more compassion in the future as I can guarantee the same response would not have been given to somebody like Bill Gates. Remember, you never know the business you have lost until it’s gone.
