It's nice to live here. The location is close to the city center and it's convenient to go to attractions. The staff are also very nice. It's enough for a temporary stay when traveling and it's cost-effective.

The facilities were impeccably clean, the room we stayed in was very large, and consequently the heating plates were not enough for a medium cold day, we were a little cold hehehe, the breakfast was very basic, just bread and butter ,ham, mozzarella, milk and coffees

Well located, with excellent staff and good accommodation. The breakfast is simple, but meets our needs. The only problem during my stay was the noise made by guests upstairs.

Hostel à éviter !!!! Chambre horrible de saletés, moisissures. Odeur insupportable, chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas. Demande à la réception pour changer de chambre... "non Mr ce n'est pas possible", menace de quitter l'établissement de notre part et là oui finalement une chambre est disponible. Même souci d'odeur et de moisissures. Aucune chambre ne ressemble réellement aux photos sur leurs sites !!! Demande remboursement pour quitter l'hôtel et en prendre un autre... "mon chef n'est pas là ce n'est pas possible... et puis dans tout lisbonne les hôtels ont de l'humidité...!!! " nous n'avions jamais entendu et vu cela après 5 voyages à Lisbonne !!!! Hostel à éviter !! Il y a tellement d'autres bon hôtels à Lisbonne !!!

This is an affordable option for families and individuals looking for a great location and safe accommodations in an area that is walkable to sight seeing and metro stops. We rented the family suite which was perfect for us and had just what we needed for cooking and comfort and layout. The hostel common areas are well managed and clean. There’s a lovely breakfast offered and lounge areas and the staff is very friendly and competent. Our personal apar**ent had some things that were not working properly (oven and fridge) and it had not been thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was some mustiness and mold evident in the kitchen and bathroom that we were able to address ourselves for a comfortable stay.

It was good for the price. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room did not match the pictures. Bed was a little basic. Shower was great though! Elevator could not hold two people and luggage.
